The grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, sorted, destemmed and crushed.
Raised in oak vats, demi-muids and barrels for 12 months.
Each grape variety is vinified separately and raised accordingly.


2,500 bottles (75cl), magnums and jeroboams.

Tasting notes

Syrah vines grown on schist produce a wine that is well structured and balanced, with mineral qualities.
A unique cuvée that could only come from the terroir of Faugères, this wine is made from our best Syrah vines.
It has a deep ruby robe, and a pronounced yet delicate nose with aromas of violets and black fruit.
On the mouth, it has surprising complexity and balance, and good tannic structure.
Notes of cocoa, liquorice and coffee enhance the final bouquet.

Serving and cellaring

Serve between 15 and 18°C.
Open an hour before and carafe younger vintages.
Can be aged for over 10 years.
