Traditional vinification.
Grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, sorted and pressed as whole bunches.
Cold racked, fermented in stainless steel tanks and raised on lees for 6 months.

Tasting notes

Lemon yellow robe and a pronounced, floral nose with white fruit and exotic fruit aromas.
Well-balanced and mineral, with a touch of gunflint that is complemented by light floral notes of verbena and lime, and a hint of exotic and citrus fruit.

Serving & cellaring

Serve between 8 and 10°C. 
Can be aged for over 5 years.
