45% Cinsault, 45% Grenache,
10% Mourvèdre.

Traditional vinification.
Grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, sorted and pressed as whole bunches.
Cold racked, fermented in stainless steel tanks and raised on lees for 6 months.

Tasting notes

A salmon-pink, slightly blue-tinged robe.
The nose is subtle, with fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and pineapple, and very light floral notes.
This mineral, well-balanced and complex wine has similar notes on the palate, which ends on attractive citrus flavours. 

Nos conseils & garde

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
Can be kept for over 3 years.
