Traditional vinification.
Grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, sorted and pressed as whole bunches.
Cold racked, fermented in stainless steel tanks and raised on fine lees in demi-muids for 8 months.

2,000 bottles of 75cl.

Tasting notes

An attractive orange-pink robe, and a fruity nose of strawberry, red currant and mandarin liqueur.
Similar notes are found on the palate; this wine is full, well-balanced and fresh, with the minerality that is typical of our terroir.

Serving & cellaring

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Contrary to popular opinion.
This wine can be kept for as long as 5 years without any problems.
