Application of the general conditions of sale
These conditions apply to the sale of products by the SCEA Château des Estanilles on its shop accessible by Internet and by telephone. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the homepage of the website wwwchateau-estanilles.com. It is sufficient for the buyer to click on "General Conditions of Sale" (hereinafter referred to as C.G.V.) to know the conditions of his order, even before he has started the order process.
Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unreserved adhesion to these C.G.V., to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectus, catalogues issued by the seller and which have only an indicative value. The fact that the seller does not avail himself at any time of any of the provisions hereof cannot be interpreted as a waiver of any of the aforementioned conditions. Our offers are exclusively reserved for individual customers, excluding professional resellers.
Price
The SCEA Château des Estanilles commits to the prices advertised on the site within the limits of available stocks. Prices are indicated in Euros (€). They are indicated TTC, excluding shipping costs, except sale and without obligation.
Products delivered in Metropolitan France and Corsica: prices take into account VAT and French rights. For orders delivered in the European Community, the prices take into account VAT and French duties but do not take into account the excise duties or other taxes in force in certain European countries which would eventually be claimed from the buyer on delivery.
Shipping costs
Principles for calculating shipping costs:
Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and place of delivery. However, we offer transportation for any order greater than or equal to 290€ of purchase in metropolitan France at a single address, excluding promotional offers.
WARNING: If you order En Primeur wines at the same time as En Primeur over-offer wines, the applicable postage rate is the Primeur 2018 freight rate (see section 5-2).

Code: 1 carton of 6 bottles = 1 carton of 3 magnums Delivery May/June 2020.
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order. A notice of availability will be left in case of absence of the customer. No delivery in floors.
Mode and delivery times
Delivery times in France:
Delivery times are usually 3 working days and can go up to 7 working days for France, 3 to 4 weeks in exceptional cases. We can often, especially for orders of single wines (old vintages), deliver you in 3 to 5 days. In case of imperative on your part, please indicate the date on which the wines must reach you at the latest. If we cannot meet this date, we will contact you before shipping the wines. For deliveries in Corsica, we reserve the right to refuse your order or to ask you for an additional transport depending on your order.
You will then have the possibility to accept the additional cost that we have communicated to you (in which case we will ship your order upon receipt of the payment of the additional cost) or to cancel your order (in which case any sums collected will be refunded in full). Delivery times for Corsica are higher than for the rest of France. Delivery times do not apply to the sale of En Primeur wines. For any other destination, please contact us.
WARNING: If you order En Primeur wines at the same time as En Primeur off-offer wines, delivery will be made in March 2018 with the Primeurs.
Payment
CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT
1 - Conditions of sales excluding offer En Primeur
The price of the ordered items is payable in full to the SCEA CHAETAU DES ESTANILLES, as soon as your purchase order is issued on the site, according to one of the following methods of payment.
2 - Terms and conditions of sale En Primeur
The order for En Primeur wines gives rise to the payment, at the time of the order, of the total amount including all taxes. Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send you a booking certificate.
Once the wines have been bottled the following year, we will notify you of the delivery by e-mail, subject to having communicated us your last contact details.
METHODS OF SETTLEMENT
1 - Internet: secure payment by credit card
Only credit cards bearing the initials CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
2 – Bank transfer
1. On the "Delivery and Payment" page, choose the payment method by bank transfer.

Transportation and Liability
Goods travel at your own expense, risk and risk. It is therefore up to you to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to make reservations, if necessary, as follows:

And, in any case, notifying the SCEA château des Estanilles within three (3) days of receipt of the package.
In case of breakage or damage, notified by reservation, the SCEA château des Estanilles will do the necessary to deliver you again, or else will refund the amount paid to the order. Your account is re-credited and the SCEA château des Estanilles account is re-debited accordingly. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Return of the product
Your right to:
Pursuant to Article L. 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have the option to return, at your own expense, to the address of our registered office indicated in Article 1, the product within fourteen days (Hammon Law of June 13, 2014) from the delivery, for exchange or refund, in good condition and in its original packaging with the original invoice.
For information, a return for a package of 30kg is about 50€.
For En Primeur wines, you have a period of fourteen clear days from the receipt of your booking certificate to request the modification or cancellation and refund of your order. After this period, it will be considered final.
Payment of return costs.
The SCEA château des Estanilles will only pay the return costs (at the current base rate) if one of the following two conditions is met.
The delivery is not in accordance with the order, or you have made reservations with the carrier.
