VALLONGUE ROSE

The fruit, balance, complexity and delicacy make the Vallongue range an exceptional cuvée

This cuvee is named after the small creek, VALLONGUE, that runs along the vines from which the grapes come from to elaborate it.Chateau Estanilles pink wine languedoc faugères grand vin syrah grenache mourvèdre

Blend : 50% grenache ; 30 % Mourvèdre ; 20 % Syrah

Alcool : 13 %

Vinification : Traditional vinification. The organic grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, sorted and pressed as whole bunches. Cold racked, fermented in stainless steel tanks and raised on lees for 6 months.

Tasting : A salmon-pink, slightly blue-tinged robe. The nose is subtle, with fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and pineapple, and very light floral notes. This mineral, well-balanced and complex wine has similar notes on the palate, which ends on attractive citrus flavours.

Serve and cellaring : Serve between 8 and 10° C. Can be kept for over 3 years

Pairings: Salads and iodized starters such as sea bream carpaccio or calamari ceviche, Asian and oriental dishes
