2003: Happy New Year
The year 2003 was a hot year.
The wines are charming, on very ripe fruit notes, and evolve quite quickly.
The 2003 heat wave produced an early year and a dry summer until the harvest.
The harvest was therefore early and took place under good weather.
Autumn and winter with more rainfall than the average season and temperatures conform to seasonal normal. The spring was moderately wet and consistent with seasonal temperatures.
