2015: Very good year
A great vintage very well balanced between the material, complexity, finesse and freshness. A great potential of aging.
The year 2015 was marked by a climate with temperatures slightly higher than the classic Mediterranean climate. It was marked by a storm at the beginning of August and at the beginning of the harvest giving the vines the water necessary for an optimal development of the grapes.
The autumn was dry with temperatures of an Indian summer. The winter was cold and dry. Early spring was consistent with season averages and precipitation. Summer was consistent with the average of the seasons without thunderstorms. Rainfall in the spring and early summer allowed the grapes to mature. The harvest was late and took place under good weather.
